Welcome! We are excited to offer the convenience of online permit registration and citation management.
On this site, you can purchase a parking permit, view, pay or appeal a citation.
PERMITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO ORDER ONLINE
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are purchasing a permit and it is less than 10 days from when you will be arriving to campus please have the permit mailed to your NVU campus address. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive in your mailbox.
If you have difficulty purchasing your permit, paying a citation, or filing an appeal please contact Public Safety at 802-626-6452 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 4:00pm
You will have the option to pay for your permit with a credit card, check or cash. You will also have the option to have the permit fee charged to your student account through the first 14 days of the semester. After the first 14 days of the semester you will no longer have that option and you must use one of the other payment methods described above.
You will first need to create a personal account using your ID Number.
When you are finished creating your account, you will return to this page. Then click on the "Register/Purchase Permit" link below to begin registering.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
Student or Staff/Faculty ID Number, Vehicle Make, Model, Year, Color, Vehicle License Plate Number.
Accepted Credit Cards are: Visa, MasterCard and Discover
After you purchase your permit it will be mailed to the address you provide.
Please note: if you choose to pay for your permit with cash or check your permit will not be mailed until payment is made in full. Cash or check payments can be made at Student Financial Services

You may file an appeal for tickets issued in the last 14 days only. After 14 days you will no longer have the option to file an appeal.
A late fee of $5.00 will be added to all citations not paid within 14 days.
