Its application service providers, licensors, and other suppliers of Services are providers of parking management information software, services or equipment, or internet services and are not partners, joint venturers or agents of them and are in no way responsible, in whole or in part, for such matters. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the application service provider, licensor, and other suppliers of Services for such rules, regulations, policies, enforcement, and determinations of violations.
